The qualification is an introduction to Management Consultancy. Delegates will explore the role of the Management Consultant and develop skills and techniques to deliver tangible results to the client.
The course is structured into 3 weekend workshops over 3 months followed by submission of a written assignment to lead to achievement of the qualification and costs just £2,200.00 per delegate.
